SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship domestically throughout the US using USPS or UPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 5-8 business days for shipping.

Shipping is $5.99 and free for orders over $50.

We accept unopened products the original condition and packaging (including exterior shrink wrap) purchased from Couleur within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please allow 1-2 business weeks for the refund to be returned to your original form of payment once the returned product is received.

We understand how frustrating it can be to have a missing piece. If you receive a puzzle missing any pieces, let us know and we are happy to replace it.
